  • Damaged Products: Items received in damaged condition
  • Poor Quality: Products received in bad or spoiled condition

Refund Process

  1. Photographic Evidence: Clear images of the damaged or spoiled products
  2. Video Evidence: Video showing the condition of the parcel and products upon opening
  3. Packaging: Images of the outer packaging showing any visible damage

Important: Without proper photographic and video evidence, we will be unable to process your refund request. Please ensure you document the condition of your order immediately upon receipt.

How to Claim a Refund
