We try our best to ensure all the of the products are delivered within 3-5 business days of your order. SMS and Email is sent on the date of delivery - the exact time of delivery cannot be predicted. At ALWARWALA we ship your products with utmost care to ensure freshness and delivery in a proper condition. However, in certain situations we will not be able to deliver within 3-5 days. Any extra ordinary delay would be intimated to you separately via an Email. ALWARWALA reserves right to cancel any order, if the delivery location is blacklisted in our delivery system – amount paid by the customer will be duly refunded. All products will have the original packing of the Brand, with some protective packing. ALWARWALA provides only a branded delivery box in which the original packs are put in. However in the situation when delivery not being done in the ALWARWALA branded box, will be intimated.
We source all products once order is received to ensure 100% freshness of the products. We are confident that you will savour the taste of our products. All Brands that we curate have a track record of zero complaints as per quality is concerned. We take extra precaution to pack all your products with utmost care to ensure no breakages and leakages. In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues with the products which you received we listen to your feedback/complaint and take appropriate action. However, none of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations Act when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case, we will initiate the return process after getting the complete details including the picture of the product. Please contact customer support for help.
